Our team puts great emphasis on creating an environment where clinicians can learn from each other and easily ask for help.

Social events are held throughout the year to help build an inclusive culture. This includes regular dinners, CME events and departmental retreats.  Our Medical Staff Association hosts regular social events and site wide grand rounds.

The Kelowna General Hospital Pediatricians work collaboratively with our in-house pediatric dietician, pediatric clinical pharmacologist, speech and language pathologist, respiratory therapists’, physiotherapists, social workers and nursing team when caring for patients. Together we ensure the best possible family-centered care is provided in a child friendly environment.
